This is a picture of Spike's [link] two characters Spike and Condor. Featured in the opposite of that order. Condor is the one on the left with the ings and Spike is the one on the right.
Oh and just incase you didn't know the WP is my abreviation for Wallpaper, i.e. it's a desktop wallpaper. I normally would have just wrote it out but the title was too long. Sorry.
